MONTECCHIO AND CONTI FEATURED IN CSAC FIELD HOCKEY AWARDS

ROSEMONT, Pa. - Two of Rosemont's field hockey student-athletes received field hockey End of the Year awards granted by the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC).

Sophomore Ashley Montecchio (Sun Valley/Aston, Pa.) earned an Honorable Mention on the All-Conference Team. Montecchio led her team in shots (31), points (10), and was one of the three players who tallied four goals in 2010.

Senior Ashley Conti (Passaic Valley/Little Falls, N.J.) was the recipient of the CSAC Sportsmanship Award. The award is given to one player on each team competing in the sport. Conti is a graduating senior and was one of the three captains of this year's squad. Conti played all four years on the Rosemont field hockey team.
