Lauren Whelan Named CSAC Women’s Soccer Player-of-the-Week

ASTON, Pa. – Freshman Lauren Whelan (Cumberland Regional/Bridgeton, NJ) had a big week for the Ravens, totaling 13 points (6 goals, 1 assist) as Rosemont went 2-1. After scoring the Ravens’ lone goal in their 2-1 loss to Cabrini on Tuesday, Whelan scored three of the Ravens’ four goals in the 4-0 conference win over Cairn on Thursday. She wrapped up the week with a two goal, one assist effort in Saturday’s 3-0 conference win over Immaculata.
